Established in 1952 as a privately owned dairy farm in West Dorset.
Milk 1000 cows in 5 herds on 1750 acres and all replacement cows come from these herds.
They make 740 tonne of west country farmhouse cheddar per year - all PDO accredited.
They are passionate about making handmade, high quality cheese using traditional methods.
The herds are Freedom food accredited.
